Henry winter Davis. --The Baltimore Sun, of the 28th November, says: It has been already stated that Mr. Henry Winter Davis, of this city, had addressed the citizens of Brooklyn, in the Brooklyn Academy of Music, on "The Southern Insurrection and the Power of a Republican Government to Suppress it."
