From Eastern Kentucky. --The Mount Sterling Whig, of the 13th, has the following: Four respectable citizens of Morgan and Wolfe, arrived here yesterday in great haste, several of them having traveled all night, and report that there is no doubt of the rebels having come back in the country above with increased force. They had seen and conversed with a number of persons who had been taken prisoners, and gave their names, who had been released on taking the Confederate oath, and thesetaking the Confederate oath, and these asserted that the rebels were advancing from two directions--one body coming by way of Letcher, about 1,000 strong, and another body, nearly equally strong, coming from Prestonsburg, and lately from Pound Gap. Virginia. The Union men in Wolfe and Morgan had given the alarm to each other and nearly all fled, leaving everything behind. These men are perfectly confident what they state is so; and that they are honest and sincere, we have no earthly doubt.
