A number of individuals, desirous of organizing a People's Union Democratic Party, to sustain the Yankee Administration in the present exgencies of the Federal Government, held a meeting at Clinton Hall, New York, on the evening of the 16th inst., for the purpose of consulting upon and forming a plan to accomplish that object.
