Confederate district Court --Judge Halt Curton's court was in session yesterday, Two orders were entered. In the case of the C. S. A. vs. Charles Herndon, on a petition to sequerter the property of Jno. C. Bullett and Frederick Frierthorn as alion enemies, defendant was ordered to pay into the Bank of Commerce at Fredericksburg, to the credit of Wm. A. Maury, Receiver of district No. 2, the sum of $158.84 cents, due by him to said alion enemies. In the case against James Dorick, on a summons in garnishment issued in pursuance of the sequestration law, approved August 20th, 1861--a suit instituted to effect the property of Augustus Pleasanton, defendant was ordered to pay into the Bank of Commerce, to the credit of the Receiver, the sum of $201.70 cents, due the alien enemies.
