The following decisions have been rendered by this Court since our last report:
Wright vs. Godwin and others — argued by Arthur A. Morson for the appellant and R. T. Daniel for the appellees — upon an appeal from a decree pronounced by the Circuit Court of King and Queen county.
Decree reversed, and cause remanded for further proceedings.
Virginia Central Railroad vs. Winston — argued by James Lyons for the plaintiff and C. G. Griswold for the defendant — upon a writ of supersedeas to a judgment of the Circuit Court of Hanover.
Judgment affirmed.
