Mayor's Court, yesterday. --Sarah, slave of J. B. Tinsley, was arraigned for stealing a bonnet and three sheets from P. D. Glinn. Henry Risenor, accused of receiving the stolen articles from Sarah, was brought up also. The examination was postponed until the 30th, and the parties committed to jail.-- Francis Anderson, charged with being drunk and living in the city without any papers, was acquitted on the production of the documents — Several well-known citizens were summoned up to show cause why they should not be fined for running carts, wagons, and drays on the street without licenses. They were all let off.
