Our wounded soldiers. --At a meeting of the citizens of Richmond, last Friday evening at the City Hall, the following preamble and resolutions, submitted by Mr. J. R. Tucker, were adopted: "Whereas, In view of the impending struggle near Yorktown, in which is involved the safety of the city of Richmond, and considering the probability of a large number of our brave soldiers being wounded in battle and removed to this city to be placed in hospitals, there may be a lack of hospital accens.
