Arrival of more prisoners.
--The Central care yesterday afternoon added to our population twenty-four additional residents, composed of the following, who were captured by the 7th Louisiana, on Shenandoah river, at the foot of the Blue Ridge, on the 7th of May: M. Quigley, Nicholas Robe, Wm. Quigley, Wm Fromann, H. P. McCarthy, H. H. Mompler, Mike Edward, Henry Messener, Andrew Hotten, Eli Chichester, J. N. Vandorn, Jos. Korthoff, Henry Meyer, J. N. Vance, Jos. Korthoff, Henry Meyer, Zach.
Correll, Wm. M. Starr, A. N. Grigg, H. C. Gilmore, Garrett Cullen, privates, Sergeant Major Wm. Vance, Sergeant Thos. Longsuanff, Corporals George Oe good and A. B. Farnham, of the 13th In diana regiment, Gen. Shields's brigade.
At the same time were captured privates Simon Peter Kinney, and A. L. Bruce, of company F. 1st Michigan Cavalry.
The prisoners were brought here by Capt. Turner and a detachment of the N. C. Rifles.
