e exercises consisted in singing, praying, and reading the holy Scriptures; after which, the President of the Association, J. B. Watkins, Esq., read the annual report of the operations of the society for the past fiscal year. The association then went into nominating candidates for offices of the association for the ensuing year, which resulted in the election of the following gentlemen: President, Philip F.
