Watson, a Commissioner of this Court, and account of all matters in his hands or under his control as Receiver as aforesaid, appointed under the act of Congress entitled, "An act for the sequestration of the estates, property, and effects of alien enemies, and for the indemnity of citizens of the confederate States, and persons the same in the existing war with the United States," approved aug 30th, 1861, and do make and state an account and settlement under cath of his collections of moneys and disbursements, under the act afore said.
