The campaign in Western Virginia. --The Lynchburg Republican learns from reliable authority that a guerrilla party attacked and destroyed Cox's train of wagons, on Sewell mountain, a few days ago, capturing all the wagons, (loaded with provisions, which they burnt,) also capturing the horses' and routing a party of Yankees with severe loss, who came to see the whereabouts of the train. They also destroyed Wirt Court-House, and the oil wells that were in possession of the Hessians. Thirty citizens of Cabell county joined General Loring's command a few days ago, and they represent that there is a considerable reaction in our favor in that whole country.
