The military to-day, --We have for given an account of the trial by the Central Court- Martial of Henry Squires, a member of the Purcell Battery, Capt. Wm. J. Pogram, who was found gulity of an attempt to desert to the enemy and condemned to be shot to death therefor. The criminal would have been execured about ten days since by the original sentence, had be was respited until to-day.
