One hundred dollars reward. --Ranaway, from the American Hotel, on Monday, the 9th inst., my negro boy William, who calls himself William May. Said boy is about 20 years old; five feet ten inches in height; of a bright ginger-bread color; very pleasant address, and neat appearance. He was raised on the estate of the late Wm. G. Overton, of Hanover, and may be endeavoring to escape to the enemy in that vicinity. I will give the above reward for his apprehension and delivery to me in Petersburg, or $75 if delivered to Messrs. J. L. Carrington & Co., American Hotel, Richmond, Va. je 25--6t Edmund G. James. Whig, Examiner and Enquirer copy three times.
