Foreign vessels. --The Charleston Courier, of the 24th, says: The French war steamer Renandin, Captain Le Cardinal, from Port Royal, arrived in this harbor yesterday afternoon, and came to anchor off the East Bay Battery. The Renandin is armed with two guns, but is capable of carrying six. There were seven steamers and four sailing vessels blockading this port yesterday. Among the former were the Florida and Augusta, and the sloop-of-war Vandalla was of the latter.
