Sr. Louis, Aug. 13. --A fight took place west of Warrensburg on Friday last, in which three thousand guerrillas, under Quantrel and Hughes used up eight hundred State militia, commanded by Major Emory S. Foster, mortally wounding the latter. The Union loss in killed, wounded and missing was three hundred. The rebel loss was near five hundred. The rebels captured two cannon.
