Arrested for Forgery. --On Saturday last a man named Jones was arrested in this city on the charge of forging officer's pay rolls, and obtaining money thereon. He was committed to the military prison of the city, where he will, perhaps, remain until the time arrives for an impartial hearing of his case. Jones has figured rather conspicuously in this city within the past six months. He was last spring charged by Capt.
