Condition of our wounded at Corinth — Rosecrane declares the fighting of our troops Unequalled. Mobile, Nov. 1st. --A special dispatch to the Advertiser and Register, dated the 31st, says that Surgeon Board, of Price's Division, who was left with our wounded at Corinth, returned to-day in Rosecrans's ambulance. He left four hundred of our wounded at Iuka, and two hundred distributed in the country. They are well fed and cared for, and have twenty Confederate Surgeons with them. Rosecrans has been very attentive to our wounded. He declares such fighting was never equalled, and such brave men are entitled to every attention. The only thing they require is clothing, of which they are in great need. Three hundred suits will be sent them. Rosecrans, in tears, met our Surgeons after the battle, and expressed regret that such brave men should suffer so severely.
