or three inches per day. Arrest of a Judge.--Judge Constable, of the 4th judicial Circuit Court or Illinois, has been arrested by order of Gen. Wright for resisting the arrest of deserters. He will be tried by the United States Court at Indianapolis. Indianapolis, March 13.--Two Sergeants arrested four deserters in Clark county, Ill. Judge Constable held the Sergeants for kidnapping and committed them to jail, setting the four deserters at liberty. Col.
