From Fredericksburg. from our Own Correspondent. Fredericksburg April 13, 1863. Hopher, despairing of lasting seems about to bent a retreat. Their hundred and thirteen wagons and 247 pack mules came pouring down from above Plymouth all day, to the Yankee depot behind the Lisey House. Their camp fires now illuminate the adjoining hills, and you would suppose a host had encamped again of us. Some think these things indicate a speedy fight. It looks more like symptoms of a retreat, although tents are said to be more humorous on the hills above.
