The North Carolina Legislature. Raleigh, July 3. --Nothing of importance in the Legislature to-day. It sat most of the day wish closed doors. A bill was reported from the Military Committee to enroll as militia all residents between the ages of 16 and 60, except such as the Governor may exempt. A correspondence between the Governor and the Secretary of War, in regard to the decisions of the State Judges in habeas corpus cases, was read in the House.
