Wounded soldiers. --Many of the noble fellows wounded at Gettysburg have been removed to this city, under the care of Dr. Rodday, and are improving rapidly. In their long and toilsome journey their sufferings were very great, and would have been considerably increased but for the kind ladies at Ivy station, is Albemarle, who ministered to their wants, by supplying every one of them with the choicest edibles and with an abundance of cool milk and delicious butter. Not a wounded soldier was allowed to pass without being first feasted to his heart's content on the fat of that bounteous land. We are sure that those ministering angles have the prayers of the poor soldiers for their timely kindness.
