Called Court. --A called Court of Magistrates was held at the City Hall yesterday, Alderman Timberlake presiding, for the examination of Sydney Wicker, John Champion, Chas. Tonson, and John Carter, charged with the murder of Geo. P. Wright alias Hoyle, on the 2d of July. A large number of witnesses were examined, none of whom identified Carter in any manner with the row which led to the murder and he was discharged. In the case of Wisker, Tonson and Champion, the Court thought the suspicion sufficiently strong to warrant them a trial, and they were there upon sent on to Judge Lyon's Court for the September term, and refused bail.
