The Nebraskian says: The execution of Judge Cyrus Tator, yesterday, was the first public execution in the territory, and naturally attracted a large assemblage to witness the ceremony. The place chosen for executiley, drew the black cap over his head, pushed the lever, the trap door flew open, and at precisely one o'clock, on the 28th day of August, 1863, the life of Judge Cyrus Tator was extinguished. He died with scarcely a perceptible struggle. Judge Tator, according to his statement, was horn in Chatham, Columbia co., N.
