Burglary. --Wm. H. Gentry, a free negro, was arraigned Saturday before His Honor on the charge of burglariously entering. the house of John Graves, and feloniously stealing three vests, of the value of $30, one over-coat, worth $160; five shirts valued at $40; one counterpane and three quilts, worth $60; two dress coats, valued at $185; and one gray double blanket, estimated to be worth $25, the property of said John Graves. On account of the absence of witnesses the prisoner's examinatay before His Honor on the charge of burglariously entering. the house of John Graves, and feloniously stealing three vests, of the value of $30, one over-coat, worth $160; five shirts valued at $40; one counterpane and three quilts, worth $60; two dress coats, valued at $185; and one gray double blanket, estimated to be worth $25, the property of said John Graves. On account of the absence of witnesses the prisoner's examination was deferred, and in the meantime he was committed to prison.
