Rosecrans has rebuilt the lower (trestle) bridge that was carried away by the freshet some ten days ago.ain which has been falling here for the last thirty-six hours. Major-Gen. Geo. H. Thomas. --It has been already stated that this individual, who is now connected with Rosecrans's army, is a native of Southampton county, Va.
