By the Governor of Virginia.--a Proclamation. --Information having been received by the Executive that Josiah and Tobt Oliver, who were confined in the jail of Charlotte county under a charge of felony, escaped therefrom on the morning of the 3d January, and are now going at large. Therefore, I do hereby offer a reward of two hundred dollars to any person or persons who shall arrest the said Josiah and Toby Oliver, and deliver them into the jail of Charlotte county, or one hundred dolCharlotte county, or one hundred dollars for such arrest and delivery of either of them; and I do moreover require all officers of this Commonwealth, civil and military, and request the people generally, to use their best exertions to procure the arrest of the said Josiah and Toby Oliver, that they may be brought to justice.
