The French on Mexico. --Advices from Mexico are to the 25th ult. A long list of unimportant towns are given as having declared their adherence to the Empire. --The members of the Government of San Louis Potosi, appointed by Gen. Mejia, after capturing that place on the 4th, have unanimously declared for the Empire.
