Affairs in Alexandria. --The Alexandria (Va.) Gazette, of the 3d instant, has some intelligence of interest, of which the following is a summary. A municipal election took place on the 1st inst. The whole number of votes cast was 213. C. A. Ware, on the "anti-reform ticket," was elected Mayor. A long list of sales of property made under the direct law, on the 1st instant, is published.
