Death of Miss Proctor. --We have to record the death of Miss Adelaide Anne Proctor, the oldest daughter of Mr. Bryan Walter Proctor, better known under the literary pseudonym of "Barry Cornwall. " Miss Proctor, who was about thirty years of age, first contracted notice about five years since by the publication of two volumes of poems entitled "Lyres and Legends, " and has since that time been somewhat prominently before the public as a contributor to the monthly magazines — She was one of the writers in the "Victoria Regia, " a volume containing a collection of poems from living authors, issued from the Victoria press.
