Confederate States Congress. Senate.--The Senate met at 12 o'clock M. on yesterday. Prayer by the Rev. Dr. Duncan, of the Methodist Church. Mr. Mitchell, of Ark., introduced a bill to aid any State in communicating with and preparing records of its troops. Referred. Mr. Watson, of Miss., submitted the following, which was agreed to.
