Jim, slave of Robert Trower, was found guilty of stealing a trunk and clothing from Dr. Alexander N Talley, and ordered thirty-nine lashes on this day and the same on Saturday next, and then to be committed for going at large.
Andrew, slave of Elizabeth Carner, was ordered thirty-nine lashes for receiving two diamond studs from Jim, the same having been stolen from Dr. Talley.
