Ran away --On Monday last, my negro man Tom. He is stout, well built, about 40 years of age, 5 feet 8 or 10 inches in height, black and sleek complexion, quite likely, very small head, defective upper front teeth, moves and speaks quickly; has a wife at a free negro's named Jane Morris on 1st street, near Shockoe Hill burying ground. Came from Surry, and is well acquainted with the south side of James river, though probably yet in the city or cavirous, as he left under charge of theft. I will give $75 if taken in this city or the county of Henrico, or $100 in any other county. J. B. Young Post office, Richmond. jy 23--2t
