The flag-of-truce steamer which arrived at Varina on Tuesday brought as passengers Mrs. Beale, residing near Petersburg, and Mr. and Mrs. Shelton of Lynchburg.
The full list of passengers, which includes one lieutenant-colonel, thirty-eight surgeons, and two chaplains, has not yet been received.
The steamer Schultz will this morning take down four hundred wounded Yankees and a large mail to be'sent North under this flag.
