Henrico Circuit Court, yesterday. --The case of the Commonwealth against Michaels and Schwalmeyer, indicted for felony, was adjourned until the next term of the court, and they were recognized for their appearance at that time. The trial of James Clark and James H. Miller, who were indicted for stealing a horse, was postponed until Wednesday next, the 2d of October. Elizabeth Bowers, who stands indicted for the murder of Ignatius H. Allen on the 28th of June last, was then set to the bar, and after the examination of witnesses, the jury, after retirement, returned a verdict of not guilty. Messrs. Ratcliffe and A. Judson Crane were assigned as counsel to the prisoner (she appearing in court unrepresented by any)--John B. Young representing the Commonwealth. The court then adjourned till to-day.
