Commissioner's Sale of Land, Slaves, &c.
--Pursuant to a decree of the County Court of Hanover, pronounced in the case of Bumpass and others against Bumpass, &c., I shall, as commissioner under said decree, sell at public auction, at the front door of the tavern, in the town of Ashland, in Hanover county, on the 6th day of January, 1865, at 11 o'clock A. M., the following Property,--real and personal,--belonging to Samuel Bumpass, deceased, to wit: An undivided interest of one-fifth part in about Seventy-two Acres of Land, five likely Slaves, five Sheep, one Gun, &c.
