From Wilmington. The Raleigh State Journal contains numerous extracts from the Herald of the Union, a paper started since the occupation of Wilmington by the Federals, dated March 2d. It is printed with the material of the Carolinian, but no name appears. Among the advertisements is a card from O. S. Baldwin, Broadway, New York, to his former patrons at Wilmington, etc., and an appeal from George Myers in behalf of the Union prisoners returning through Wilmington. General Orders No. 1 announce that General J. M. Schofield assumes command of the District of North Carolina, headquarters in the field.
