Honors to the flag.
--Brigadier-General G. A. DeRussy orders that all American vessels, passenger and trading, entering or leaving the port of Mobile, are hereafter required to give the customary salute to the National flag in passing the different forts and batteries in the harbor and bay of Mobile.
Captains and owners of vessels infringing upon this regulation will be held to strict accountability.
