Vaccination. Vaccine virus has been furnished and orders have been issued by Dr. R. Reyburn, Surgeon-in-Chief of District Bureau of Refugees and Freedmen, requiring the attending physicians employed by the Bureau to vaccinate the entire colored population residing in the city.
