Beauregard, from Manassas Junction, having been found in Prince William county, where en laid by the heels for his traitorous course of conduct. The application of Major Snow for a discharge, on the grounds of illegal detention, was heard by Judge Lyons, and time taken to consider of a decision in the premises. If Judge Lyons were to instal the "Major" as a member of the Chain-Gang, it would not exactly be law of conduct.
