The Roads. --The recent very heavy rains have rendered the roads leading to this city nearly impassable. The roads in some instances are hub-deep, and getting along is a matter of extreme difficulty, especially if a vehicle be well loaded. It will be remembered that it is the oldest incorporated turnpike company in the Confederate States, and generally in very good order.
