Mr. Orr, of S. C., from the joint Committee of Arrangements, to arrange for the inauguration of the President elect and Vice President elect, presented a programme, which was read, adopted and laid upon the table. On motion of Mr. Orr, the Senate took a recess until 25 minutes past 12 o'clock P. M. At that hour the Senate re-assembled, and repaired, in a body, to the Hall of the House of Delegates, in accordance with the said programme. After the inauguration ceremonies were concluded, the Senate again re-assembled, in the Senate Chamber, whereupon, On motion of Mr. Brown, of Miss., the Senate adjourned until Monday, at 12 o'clock M.
