Nuisance in Manchester.
--We are requested to call the attention of the trustees and police of Manchester to a nuisance which has been annoying the citizens who reside and have to pass in its vicinity for some months.
A parcel of negroes who live opposite the rear of the Baptist Church have accumulated there a pile of filth and official, the stench of which pervades the adjacent atmosphere and renders it almost intolerable.
The proper persons have been notified of this before, and it is the trustees and police of Manchester to a nuisance which has been annoying the citizens who reside and have to pass in its vicinity for some months.
