Grand Jury presentments.
--The following presentments were made yesterday by the Grand Jury of Judge Lyons's Court, John Purcell, Esq, acting as foreman:
John Fritz Kreibel and John E. Lehmoney, for the murder of Philip Saulter, on the 10th of February.
Thomas L. Anglo for stealing $107 from Ambrose Barrett, on the 18th of February.
Geo. W. Cassiday, for stealing $200 worth of goods from James Warden, on the 27th of April.
Dennis Lynch, for stabbing James Shea, on the 6th of April.
Wm. D. Bowman, for killing George Bailey, on the 7th of April.
Julius Sholly, for robbing John W. Gravely of $100 at the Columbian Hotel, on the 6th of April.
James and John Barry, for stabbing Henry Rose on the 25th of February.
The indictments prepared in the case of Patrick Behan, charged with stealing $64 from Edward Doran on the 29th of April, and in the case of John Foley, charged with stealing $29 from an unknown person, were returned not true bills.
Proceedings in the Courts. Mayor's Court, Oct, 25th.
--Nine citizens were summoned before the Mayor to show cause why they should not be fined because their sons had indulged in the dangerous but fascinating amusement of throwing stones in the street; near Mr. R. Martin's school-house, Shockoe Hill.
Mr. James H. Poindexter was fined $2 and Mr. John Purcell $1. The parents of three lads, named Philip Shay, James Jones and Edward Flournoy, were each fined $1 for a similar indulgence in the vicinity of 19th and Cary streets, a locality, officer Adams testified, much infested by rock-throwing urchins.
The Mayor told the officer to bring every lad before him that he found indulging in the prohibited amusement.
Mrs. Ann Dobson, who was committed a few days since to answer the charge of perjury before the Grand Jury, was allowed to give ball in the gum of $200 for her appearance.

The following is the list of killed, wounded, and missing in the fight near Chancellorsville in the 27th Virginia regiment, Paxton's brigade, Trimble's division, Jackson's corps:

Casualties in the Stonewall brigade.
We published yesterday the casualties in two of the regiments in this brigade.
Below are the list of killed and wounded in the 27th and 33d regiments of the same brigade:
Twenty seventh Va, regiment.
Staff — Col J K wounded badly, and left arm amputated at shoulder joint.

Hustings Court Grand Jury.
--The following gentlemen were sworn in as grand jurymen for the fall term of the Hustings Court, Judge Lyons presiding:

Resisting the dog Catchers.
--A negro man named Sidney, slave of John Purcell, not liking the liberty which the police were taking with his dog, resisted his capture with considerable earnestness.
The colored knight of the net, who preceded the cavalcade, had barely raised his implement of office, with which he was to clamp Sidney's dog, before he was tackled on to by the owner and violently thrown off. The animal thereby escaped; but the offender against the law was soon arrested by the officers and locked up in the upper station house till this morning, when he will be brought before the Mayor.
