The Missouri Legislature. St. Louis, Jan. 19.
--The House concurred in the slight amendments made by the Senate yesterday to the Convention bill, and the bill was finally passed.
The amendment reads as follows:
"No act, ordinance or resolution shall be valid to change or dissolve the political relations of this State to the government of the United States or any other State, until a majority of the qualified voters of the State shall ratify the same."
Mr. Russell, the Commissioner from Mississippi, made a strong secession speech before a joint convention of both Houses of the Legislature last night.

From Washington. Washington Jan. 25.
--It is currently reported here that Goddard Bailey has been presented to the Grand-Jury, for the larceny of the Indian Trust Fund, and that Ex-Secretary Floyd, and Russell and Bailey have been presented for a conspiracy to defraud the Government in the same.
The House Committee on Military Affairs has prepared a bill for the benefit of the troops at Fort Sumter, appropriating $1,150 to indemnify them for the clothing, furniture, musical instruments, &c., lost in leaving Fort Moultrie.
The Indian trust Fund.
--It is understood that the cases against Floyd, Russell, and Bailey, are to be tried as speedily as possible, and accordingly arrangements are being made by the counsel for the defendants to that end. Gov. Floyd has sent word to the District Attorney that he is ready to attend here whenever his presence is required.--Washington Star.
