TREA
Marche, Italy.
An ancient municipium
of Picenum, its site, now known as Mura de'Saraceni,
ca. 1 km NW of modern Treia. The ruins are unimpressive, but the site has been extensively explored and has yielded a considerable harvest of inscriptions and marbles, a number of which are kept in the Palazzo
Municipale of Treia.
