ἄν is almost always divorced from its proper verb by οἶμαι and δοκῶ. Here it is repeated with ἔχειν.

λογιστής. Editors point out that the idea of calculation is followed up in θείη, ἀντίρροπον, and § 11.

καταστὰς . . . ἂν ἔχειν, in direct speech would be εἰ κατασταίη, ἔχοι ἄν.

ὑπηργμένων. L. and S. ὑπάρχω, A. 4.

ἀμελείας . . . θείη. Cf. § 1, τῆς ὑμετέρας τύχης ὑπολαμβάνω.

εὐεργέτημα does not affect the construction of εὐνοίας. It is added to emphasise this as a special instance of general εὔνοια.
