Executor's Sale of A Most Valuable Dwelling and Premises at the Southeast Corner of Marshall and Eighth streets, and two Likely Young Negro men, at Auction, By virtue of the will of C. J. Macmurdo, Jr., dec'd, and at the request of the parties interested, I shall, as Executor, expose to sale, at public auction, upon the premises, on Monday, the 19th day of September, at 4½ o'clock P. M., the Dwelling and Premises of the late C. J. Macmurdo, Junior, being lot No. 790 in the plan of the city of Richmond, situated as above stated, fronting one hundred and thirty feet on Marshall street and running back one hundred and sixty-three and four-twelfths feet.

The dwelling is large and handsome, and, both by its construction and location, is the most desirable that has been offered in this city for some time past.

With the dwelling will be sold a lot, of suitable size: and the remainder of the property will be laid off into several building lots according to a plan which will be shown at the sale.

A perfect title will be given, and possession on the 1st of November.

After the sale of the real estate, will be sold two very likely and valuable Young Negro men, named Robert and William — both of whom are barbers, and accomplished servants.

Terms: For the real estate, one-third cash; balance at four and eight months, with interest, and secured by a trust deed; for all cash, at the option of the purchaser. For the slaves, cash.

George P. Macmurdo,
Executor of C. J. Macmurdo, deceased.
