2. reputation, good name Meas. II. iii. 12 “Hath blister'd her ,” Ado III. i. 97 “foremost in through Italy.”
3. testimony (“to”), commendation (S.) LLL. II. i. 63 “my to his great worthiness,” Sonn. lxxxiii. 5 “therefore have I slept in your ” (=in commending you).
