Anything, like Any ways, is adverbially used: “Do you think they can take any pleasure in it, or be anything
delighted?” MONTAIGNE, 31. “Any ways afflicted, or distressed.” Prayer-book.

"Ways" is, perhaps, genitive. See 25.
