ORHEIUL BISTRIŢEI Bistriţa-Năsăud, Romania.

Roman camp and civil settlement on the left bank of Bistriţa river at the NE extremity of Roman Dacia. The earth camp (203 x 144 m) was rebuilt in stone. The baths and praetorium have been excavated. Cohors I Hispanorum was stationed here.

In the neighboring civil settlement ceramics in the Dacian tradition, handmade and adorned with drawings, were discovered.

Tiles and bricks with stamps, weapons, fragments of sculpture, a brick kiln, coins from the time of Trajan to Severus are on display at the Bistriţa Museum.
